How to reach us
The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@skinnyresearchlabs.com. We read every message during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) and reply within one business day on most messages.
If you have already placed an order, please include your order number in your message. It dramatically speeds up our ability to help.
What we handle by email
- Order questions — status, tracking, modifications, cancellations before ship-out.
- Damage, loss, or shipment claims — with photographs and tracking detail, within 48 hours of the carrier-recorded delivery event.
- COA requests and lot questions — every order's COA is available inside your Researcher Account, but we will help with additional lot detail or institutional paperwork.
- Wholesale inquiries — clinics, compounding labs, and multi-site programs interested in volume pricing or net terms.
- Registration and account questions — verification status, email-verification resend, password reset.
- Regulatory or legal correspondence — including subpoenas, requests from state or federal agencies, and counsel-to-counsel communications.
What we do not handle
We do not, and will not, provide guidance on:
- Dosage, route of administration, or any other parameter related to administering our products to a human or animal — because our products are not intended to be administered to any living organism.
- Therapeutic indication, contraindication, or interaction.
- Diagnosis, treatment, or any medical question.
If you are seeking medical advice, consult a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider in your jurisdiction. Our scope is research-supply, and we hold strictly to it.
What to include in your email
- Your full name and registered email address.
- Your order number, if applicable.
- The specific question or issue, in plain language.
- Any relevant attachments (photographs of damaged shipments, screenshots of error messages, the carrier tracking page, etc.).
We aim for clarity, not formality. A short, specific email is better than a long one.
Response time expectations
- Order-status questions: typically same-day during business hours, otherwise next business day.
- Shipment-damage claims: acknowledgement within one business day, investigation completion within five business days.
- Wholesale inquiries: initial reply within two business days, full proposal within five.
- Regulatory correspondence: acknowledged within one business day, substantive response timed to the matter.
