SRL-T1 is a 39-amino-acid synthetic peptide engineered as a single-molecule co-agonist of two incretin receptors — the glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide receptor (GIPR) and the glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R). It carries a C-20 fatty-acid moiety conjugated via a γ-glutamic-acid linker, producing an extended half-life and altered receptor-binding kinetics relative to native GIP or GLP-1. It is biased toward GIPR over GLP-1R in cellular signaling assays.

The 10mg fill supports comparative receptor-binding studies, GIPR-vs-GLP-1R signal-transduction characterization, cAMP-response titration in HEK293 and CHO expression models, and side-by-side pharmacokinetic comparisons against the single- and tri-agonist reference vials (SRL-S1, SRL-R1).
