SRL-S1 is a 31-amino-acid GLP-1 receptor agonist reference standard, structurally modified from native human GLP-1 with an Aib substitution at position 8 and a C-18 fatty-acid side chain at lysine-26 — the modifications that confer DPP-4 resistance and an extended in-vitro half-life. It is among the most widely characterized GLP-1-class reference compounds in the research literature and serves as a standard for incretin-receptor binding studies.

The 5mg fill is sized for low-volume work: receptor-binding-affinity comparisons across cell lines, GLP-1R desensitization-and-resensitization assays, dose-response titration in mammalian-cell expression systems, and comparative pharmacokinetic characterization against dual- and tri-agonist reference compounds.
