SRL-R1 is a 39-amino-acid synthetic peptide engineered as a tri-agonist of three structurally related class-B G-protein-coupled receptors: the GLP-1 receptor, the GIP receptor, and the glucagon receptor. It represents the third generation of incretin-receptor research peptides — following the single-agonist (SRL-S1) and dual-agonist (SRL-T1) reference compounds — and exhibits a distinct downstream-signaling fingerprint in cellular models.
