Research notes

GHK-Cu is the copper-(II)-bound complex of the naturally occurring tripeptide Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine, with the copper ion coordinated to the histidine imidazole and the terminal amine. The complex is one of the most studied small bioactive peptides in extracellular-matrix and fibroblast research, with a literature footprint dating to the 1980s.

The 50mg fill supports extended in-vitro programs: fibroblast-proliferation and collagen-synthesis assays, MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression studies, copper-transport investigations, and ECM-remodeling characterization in dermal fibroblast cell lines.

Each vial ships with a lot-matched Certificate of Analysis (HPLC purity >99%, copper-content verification, ESI-MS mass confirmation, peptide content, lot date). Store refrigerated at 2–8 °C unreconstituted.
